This special wine is made from 25-30 (!) different kinds of grapes grown only on the estate's oldest vines (around 70 years old), which generally provide a richer, more complex bouquet and flavors including well-integrated red fruit, oak and spices and Mediterranean shrubbery. It is aged 18 months in French oak barrels and has a long finish.
