Cuvée Monsignori


Cuvee Monsignori is Estate Argyros’ vision of the best wines that Assyrtikos from Santorini can produce. Made from grapes from vines that are at least 200 years old, hand-woven into a "basket" of branches to protect the grapes inside from the wine and blowing volcanic soil, it is fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures and aged for ten months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. It is a white wine that has aging potential and is at its best after four years in the bottle.
