Like its white cousin, the Atlantis rosé is a blend of different local grape varieties--in this case Assyrtiko and Mandilaria--and fermented in stainless steel. A very nice, fresh, fruity rosé, it's meant to be drunk young and cool. Despite the fact that Santorini and Argyros are both famous for Assyrtiko, this rosé is Argyros's best-selling wine.
