One of my favorite dessert wines, this is a richly complex, honey-nutty-fruity nectar made from sun-dried grapes on the Greek island of Santorini. Best served with cheese or simple desserts that aren’t too sweet such as Cantuccini. Discovered at the winery during a visit in 2018, this is one of my favorite, classic dessert wines.
