This wine is a wonderfully fresh, citric and mineral white wine from Santorini, a volcanic island that gives a complexity and smoothness to many of its wines. I visited the Argyros vineyards in 2018 and fell in love with many of its wines, some of which I had already tasted in Brussels. One of the biggest producers in Santorini, their wines deliver consistent quality and have won many awards.
